Customer Service Officer

Department: Centrepoint Management Office

Job Description :
  • To evaluate / review all feedbacks / complaints / comment from shoppers to Centrepoint Management for review on monthly basis.
  • To attend on overall daily feedback from tenants / shoppers and report in Facility Management System (FMS) for follow-ups and feedback.
  • To attend tenants / shoppers’ feedback via phone calls, emails or walk-in and update / disseminate to the relevant department for their further action.
  • To coordinate and assist Centrepoint Management or other departments on task assigned or ad-hoc, when required.
  • To coordinate and assist Centrepoint Management or when required on events and campaigns organized by management team.
  • To attend necessary background training required to improve consistency and handling on daily operation matters.
  • To assist Centrepoint Management team to monitor on daily or urgent issues reported in the FMS System.
  • To plan on shift / staff coordination at customer service counter and to provide full support to management team whenever required for events.
  • To monitor counter cleanliness and documentation are well organized.
  • To ensure mall operation (opening & closing of the mall) is monitored and handled during mall operational hours.
  • To monitor defect complaint or feedback by tenant and to indicate for closing report of each issue highlighted.

Additional Responsibility :
  • Assist management team for admin matters, and staffing/internship list.
  • Coordinate with the executive for additional task assigned by management.
  • Develop additional training for ground staffs/interns on SOPs, best practices, and proper method to handle shoppers.
  • Capable to handling survey and feedback reports.

Operations Officer

Department: Centrepoint Management

Job Responsibilities :
  • Leasing rental collections. To liaise with tenants for rental collections.
  • To assist to manage Centrepoint Residence operational matters.
  • Monitoring on the general operational building matters.
  • Monitor and improve Security & Cleaners and ensuring that they carry out their duties accordingly to the SOPs.
  • Prepare monthly report on building operation matters and submit to Centre Management.
  • To take charge of work permits applications, circular announcements and closure request from tenants / contractors / suppliers.
  • Daily routine checks on toilets, amenities areas e.g., mother’s room, surau and common areas of the mall.
  • Co-ordinate with Bandar Utama Building Services Department (BSD) on maintenance activities to ensure smooth running of building facilities e.g., M&E Service and other backend facilities and report back to BSD on other operational matters.
  • Ensure all facilities are maintained and managed in full compliance with all statutory requirements and by-laws.
  • Liaise with tenants on ad-hoc operational matters.
  • Co-ordinate and assist with Leasing and Fit-Out Department on tenancy fit-out matters on setup and operations of retails/office outlets to ensure adherence to Tenancy Agreement and statutory requirements and by-laws.
  • Daily administration works e.g., issuing letters, e-mails, reports on operational matters.
  • Coordinate and supervise tenants / contractors / suppliers / vendors / related to operational matters.
  • Ensure tenants / contractors / suppliers follow building’s SOPs and Tenant Handbook to facilitate in effective and efficient mall operations.
  • Assist and coordinate with A&P team for operational matter related.
  • Execute other duties assigned by Centre Manager in operations matter or any other requirements needed.
  • Monitor all service contracts from Service Providers and ensure it is carried out accordingly.
  • To attend weekly meetings with Building Services to directly address concerns and work closely on building matters and addressing operational matters with tenants.

Working Hours (Shift) :
  • 8:00am – 5:00pm (Mon-Fri)
  • 8:00am – 5:00pm (Sat-Sun)
  • 1-day off (Weekday)
